Healing doesn’t mean that damage never existed, it means the damage no longer controls our lives.
Hello Friends!!!
Meaning of healing to our mental and physical health is same. When we recover back to normal from a physical damage on our body, still the marks of the damage remain in our body as a memory of damage, but we feel strong after recovery and go forward in our life.
In real life we have seen many soldiers, sports person and many achievers in different fields of work who have different disabilities. But still they reached to the greatest highest in their fields. That’s the healing with mind and soul which they achieve, which no longer hold them back in their lives.
So, we must achieve such a healing from all our damages, either physical or emotional, which will not hold us back in our life.
Maintain good health, Practice Yoga/ Meditation, Eat Healthy, Sleep Well & Heal Strong.
