Happiness & Positivity

Happiness is a mood & Positivity is a mindset. Hi Friends!!! How are you all? We are here talking about happiness and positivity today. Happiness is all those small small moments you want to spend with you loved ones, your family, your friends, your children and also materialistic happiness which you get with you car, mobile, laptops, playstation etc. But these happiness are temporary as you got happy with your mood. And if you want permanent happiness, you have to change your mindset to Positivity. You have to train your mind so that it can view the positivity in each situation of your life. Once you achieve this, you will became the happiest person of your life as positivity will give you infinite power of happiness and your mind will be peaceful. So let us all try to achieve this mindset of Positivity .

Healing...

Healing doesn’t mean that damage never existed, it means the damage no longer controls our lives.  Hello Friends!!! Meaning of healing to our mental and physical health is same. When we recover back to normal from a physical damage on our body, still the marks of the damage remain in our body as a memory of damage, but we feel strong after recovery and go forward in our life.  In real life we have seen many soldiers, sports person and many achievers in different fields of work who have different disabilities. But still they reached to the greatest highest in their fields. That’s the healing with mind and soul which they achieve, which no longer hold them back in their lives. So, we must achieve such a healing from all our damages, either physical or emotional, which will not hold us back in our life. Maintain good health, Practice Yoga/ Meditation, Eat Healthy, Sleep Well & Heal Strong .

Be the Change!

Never be afraid of change. You may lose something good, but you may gain something even better. CHANGE!!! Everything in this destructible world is bound to change and if you don’t change with this  changing world than you will left behind.  “Who Moved My Cheese” the world-famous book I have read on this topic and is highly recommended for all. Sometimes we want to change with situation but, the things we love, resists us to do so.  The comfort zones, we have to identify them and at some point of time in our life, if we want to achieve more, we have to leave them. The best example will be the current Covid19 pandemic situation, if we don’t change our self and don’t  follow the new norms as per the WHO guidelines then we will be in great danger. So don’t Afraid of the Change and Be the Change.

Find Your Worth!!!

When you start seeing your worth, you’ll find it harder to stay around people who don’t. Our life is surrounded by many kinds of people who, loves you, admire you, inspire from you, hates you  and many more, but you are the one who allows them to be in your company.  If you feel that person with you is always discouraging you and creating a negative aura nearby you then  you can leave that relation/friendship/partnership and move forward. But how you can judge that? You must know your worth first!!! After knowing your worth, you can decide to whom to be with and can create a circle of people who are  really worthy to be with you. Together you can achieve great heights in your life. So, start exploring your worth by asking yourself self-realization questions. Once you find your worth, you  will be in right position to launch your self to the next level of your life.

Anything is Possible.

Once you have control over your mind. Anything you want is possible. You all have heard that Nothing is Impossible or Anything is Possible. But, How? Everything is in our mind, whether it is possible or impossible. What you think will happen. So you have to control your mind to control any situation. And how you can achive this? Meditation!!! Meditation is the best way to control your mind and connect to your inner self. Anything and Everything in this world is possible, and it is achived by those who control their Mind.

Value of a Moment

Sometimes you will never know the Value of a moment, utill it becomes a Memory.... Great words and great context in the present world scenario. Currently in the Covid19 pandemic situation when the whole world is on hold for recovery, its our old moments which became our Memories now are striving us to fight against this Covid Devil and bring this world back on track so that we can relive our moments and create more Memories. In those normal situation, we didn't ever know that those small-small moments in our life, like, family and friends get together, eating out in a restaurant, traveling, going to a movieplex, etc are so precious. Today these moments are now our memories and now we feel that we have to live for every moment.  Live for every moment and create more Memories ❤️
